Important Information Regarding Using Third-Party ATM’s

Some ATM’s may charge fees. At times an ATM may be “in-network,” but the ATM owners/operators may still impose a fee. Good Rule of Thumb: If the machine discloses a fee, there will be a fee.

Member ATM Deposit at CALCOE:

Please Note: You may deposit checks or cash, but the deposits must take place separately. Meaning, complete your check deposit then
complete your cash deposit, or vice versa. Please make sure that your deposits are flat, unfolded, and not frayed or damaged. Rejected deposits will
typically be returned to you, but deposits in error may be held in the machine until the next regularly scheduled maintenance.
1. Place your card in, or hold your card to the “touchless” panel.
2. Select Deposit on ATM screen.
3. Follow prompts.
4. Insert Cash or Checks in ATM when prompted.

Report suspicious email, text and phone calls

Be aware of suspicious emails which may appear to be from CALCOE. We will never: Ask for your personal information over an email. Ask for personal information that we already have, like card numbers.

Do not open any attachments, from CALCOE or any other person/email, until you have verified the sender and the attachment’s contents.

Email our security team (monitored only during business hours). Personal and confidential information should not be included in your email.
